Actually, all of Vietnam is like taking a slow drink of water that runs through the Mekong River, where rice is still cultivated in a traditional way. It is a place where yellow is the dominating colour and where its cuisine is impregnated with lemongrass (balancing) and ginger (sparkling).

It's a curious mix, isn't it? But it is captivating.
